Refillery Membership FAQs
Do I get to keep the containers?
The containers are part of our closed-loop system. You borrow them, use them, and swap them for clean, sanitized ones at your next delivery.
What if I need more containers than my plan allows?
Soon, you will be able to add extra containers for a small fee. You may upgrade your plan at any time if you find you need more on a regular basis.
How do pickups and deliveries work?
We’ll coordinate your scheduled pickup/delivery days each month (based on your plan).
Just leave your empties outside — we’ll swap them with full, clean ones.
What happens if I forget to return my empty containers?
No worries — you can hang on to them until your next pickup. If too many pile up, we’ll give you a quick reminder.
How are the containers cleaned?
All returned containers are washed and sanitized in-house to meet food-grade safety standards before reuse.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, you can pause or cancel anytime. We want sustainability to be convenient, not stressful!

We deliver to an approximate radius of areas surrounding our store in the heart of Decatur at 114 E. Ponce de Leon Ave, Decatur GA.

What if a container is lost or damaged?
Accidents happen! If a container is lost or broken, we simply charge a small replacement fee to keep our container cycle sustainable.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan.
Do you offer gift memberships?
Yes! You can purchase a gift membership for friends or family — it’s a thoughtful way to share sustainable living.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Absolutely. If you’d like to switch, just let us know and we’ll adjust your plan at the next billing cycle.
